Sinclair et.al 2021) stated that CBD does not cause you to feel high after consumption. CBD has also been found to have health benefits, especially for pain-relieving as its use was legalized in the US under the 2018 Farm Act, with strict rules that CBD-infused products should not contain THC that is above 0.3 percent. It is found in three major forms which are the full-spectrum CBD which contains all other cannabidiols found in the cannabis plant inclusive of THC. Marinotti & Sarill (2020) explained that the second type is Broad-spectrum CBD which contains cannabidiol-like flavonoids and Terpenes in addition to other cannabidiols but does not contain THC. The third type is CBD Isolate which is the purest form of CBD and does not contain other cannabidiols. White et al. (2020) stated that it is also used at home for various baked foods like cakes and cookies, with the result being a nicely baked and tasty cake.
