Ingredients

  • 1 cup of water
  • ¼ cup of dried hibiscus flowers or 6 hibiscus tea bags
  • 3 tablespoons of dried fruit powder, such as strawberry or raspberry
  • One-and-a-half tablespoons of refined white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lime or fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin

Directions for preparing the gummies
