  • 2 cups milk

- For the pie filling;

  • 8 tablespoons of softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 bananas diced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 ml of CBD baking oil
  • ¼ cup cornstarch

- For glaze

You need the following to decorate the pie;

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons of fine sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • chopped toffee or chocolate


Follow the steps below to prepare the CBD banoffee pie;

For the Crust;

  • Mix the graham crackers, cocoa powder, salt, sugar, vanilla extract, and softened butter in a bowl.
  •  When the mixture is fully combined, transfer it mixture into a tart pan.  Chill it in the fridge as you make the filling, as shown below.

For the filling;

  • Put the cornstarch, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a bowl, add the tablespoons of milk to them and mix to consistency.
  • Put the remaining milk and let it boil lightly.
  • Introduce the chocolate mixture to the saucepan, stirring and whisking until pudding forms. Let it chill with the top covered.
  • Mix the CBD oil and the heavy whipping cream using a hand mixer.
  • Put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Peel and cut the bananas and introduce them to the pie. Mix the powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla to form soft peaks and a topping for the pie.
  • Glaze the banoffee pie with chopped toffee.
  • Serve and enjoy your pie
