Banana muffins recipe

CBD Oil

You can make Banana muffins as an easy breakfast and even as a snack. Banana muffins are buttery and soft, and they can even be spiced using cinnamon.

You can decide to make them plain, with chocolate chips, or even chopped walnuts depending on personal preferences. To get started, you require 3 ripe bananas together with a few kitchen ingredients which are easy to find. Muffins are easily portable, quicker to make, and more convenient compared to banana bread and they taste just as good as them, according to Soto et.al (2021).

Banana muffins are baked within thirty minutes, so if you are in a hurry, this recipe will save you.

Importance of CBD

Relives Anxiety

If you have anxiety, VanDolah et al. (2019) commented that CBD can help you manage it. It helps relieve your anxiety by reducing stress, inducing sleep if you are suffering from insomnia, and improving post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms.

Pain Relief

If you suffer from chronic pain, you should try using CBD massage oil. CBD has been proven to deal with managing pain excellently. This is because Martin et.al (2009) explained that it contains cannabinoid which helps in reducing inflammation and it can also soothe your muscles. Doing so provides relief from joints and muscles that are experiencing pain.

If you are suffering from back pain, arthritis, and even chronic pain you can get a lot of benefits from a CBD oil massage. Effects can be felt within minutes after experiencing it and they can last for several hours.

Anti-Acne

For acne management, you can try using CBD. Oláh et al. (2014) discovered that it prevents the activity from going on in the sebaceous glands. The sebaceous glands produce sebum which hydrates your skin. When the sebum is too much, it leads to acne. Before using CBD for acne management, make sure you have talks with your dermatologist.

Improve Skin Conditions

You might be shocked to know that CBD is such a fantastic moisturizer. Since CBD massage oil has hemp, it helps the skin feel soft.

Other than leaving you feeling more relaxed, Martinelli et al. (2021) argued that it also helps you if you might be having skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, or eczema, and even if you have dry skin it might be of help you.

This is made possible by the anti-inflammatory properties present in CBD which help soothe the skin and reduce the pain that is caused by skin conditions. The side effects are present but very minimal. If you have been trying other remedies and they seem not to be working, you should consider using CBD.

Banana Muffins Ingredients

According to Ivanov, (2015), this recipe needs a few basics like milk, sugar, and flour. The good thing about baking is that the ingredients are similar to almost everything. The following ingredients are what you need for your banana muffins recipe:

  • Milk: Milk helps in providing moisture which is necessary for your muffins. No one wants to have dry muffins.
  • Eggs: For structure, you need at least one egg for the whole recipe,
  • Flour: You can use either whole wheat flour or even all-purpose flour; they serve the same purpose.
  • Bananas, Nutmeg, salt, vanilla, and salt: They give the muffins the required flavors.
  • Sugar: To sweeten your muffins, you require sugar. You can use brown sugar or even coconut sugar or a mixture of them both. If you love your muffins extra sweet, brown sugar is what you should use. If you do not love your muffins extra sweet then coconut sugar is what you should be looking for.
  • Melted Butter: Melted butter is used to replace fat. You can use melted coconut oil too.

How to Make Banana Muffins Moist

Nobody loves a dry banana muffin. To ensure that banana muffins are moist, use a solid ratio of wet to dry ingredients. If you are wondering why the muffins are always dry, try adding liquid ingredients to the mixture, such as a few milk tablespoons. Afterward, use butter in a limited amount, a lot of bananas for flavor and also moisture, and brown sugar or coconut sugar. It depends on your preference.

How to Mash Your Bananas

This process is a game-changer and you should try it. For mashing bananas, you should use your mixer. Peel your bananas and break them into lumps. After doing that put the chunks into a mixer and beat them until they are mashed. Beat the wet ingredients into the same bowl then your dry ingredients next. It is very simple.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • One large egg
  • one teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • one and a half all-purpose flour
  • one teaspoon of baking soda
  • A half teaspoon of salt
  • one teaspoon of baking powder
  • one teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • Three large bananas that are very ripe
  • One teaspoon of grounded nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter or melted coconut oil
  • Optional: one cup of chocolate chips, pecans, or chopped walnuts.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven until it’s 218 degrees Celsius. Then spray your muffin pan using nonstick spray or you can use cupcake liners as an alternative.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk your baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, salt, and baking soda together, and then set it aside. Mash your bananas inside a large bowl. Whisk your melted butter, vanilla extract, brown sugar, milk, and egg using medium speed. Into your wet ingredients, pour your dry ingredients. Whisk them together until they are combined. If you are adding chocolate chips or even nuts, put them in now. You will notice that your batter is thick at this point.
  • Fill your batter into the liners till the top. At 425 degrees, bake them for five minutes, while still in the oven; reduce the temperature until 177 degrees. Bake your muffin for an additional sixteen to eighteen minutes. If not sure about the minutes, you can insert a toothpick into the muffin, and if it comes out clean know that your muffins are ready. In the muffin pan, you can then allow your muffin to cool down for around five minutes then transfer them to a wire rack so that they can continue cooling down.
  • So that your muffins can stay fresh, cover them at room temperature for several days. If you want them to last longer, put them in a refrigerator.

Conclusion

Banana muffins are very easy to cook and they can be eaten as breakfast you can also pack them in your lunchbox. If you do not know what to eat for breakfast, you should try baking banana muffins and you will not regret it. It requires just a few basic ingredients and you are good to go.
